Ben Baker is a graduate of Valdosta State University and Ohio Northern University, College of Law. Ben is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has practiced law in the Atlanta area since 1999. Ben has facilitated thousands of real estate transactions during his legal career. Ben also has experience in land acquisition and development, construction lending, incorporations, hospitality transactions, restaurant transactions, and probate law.
Morgan Licata graduated Cum Laude from Georgia State University College of Law and Georgia State University Robinson College of Business with her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration in 2018.
During law school, Morgan externed with the DeKalb County Public Defender’s Office. She was also a member of Moot Court, the Vice President of Communications for the Business & Law Society, the Vice President of the Federalist Society & she was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship. Morgan participated in Georgia State College of Law’s HeLP Legal Services Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to low-income families whose children were receiving care at Children’s Heathcare of Atlanta. This program sparked her desire to give back to the legal profession, and during her time in law school, Morgan was actively engaged in pro bono service. She accumulated over 150 hours of pro bono service, graduating from law school with highest distinction.
Morgan was born and raised in Johns Creek, and she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, where she graduated Cum Laude with degrees in Public Relations and Communication Studies.
